Academic Support / Federal Programs

Welcome to the Crane Elementary School District No. 13 Academic Support/Federal Programs Department where we take pride in assisting you!  The Academic Support/Federal Programs provides support to ten of our schools in assisting students reach their academic goals.  The Federal Programs offers the Migrant Education Program, English Learners Program and the McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Act to students that may qualify in these three areas.    Services that we provide are as follows:
  • Student Attendance
  • Assessment Data Collection
  • Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA)
  • Verification of Residency
  • Grant Allocations, Applications and Budgets of the following:
               Title I Part A
               Title IIA, Improvement of teacher quality
               Title III / EL
               Quality First / PDG (Preschool)
               School Safety Program / School Resource Officer          
  • Notary Service
  • Homeless Services
  • English Learners Verification
  • McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Assistance Act Implementation
